Download Details:
- 4x A4 page with the elements for your garland (in .pdf). Featuring two different sizes to mix and match with your garland.
- For the best results, set paper size to "borderless A4" before printing
- We recommend a thicker paper to print on your garland, but thinner paper works just fine also.

Every Tied Fates order is wrapped with care and intention - a little parcel of magic just for you.

We use patterned wrapping paper that doubles as colouring paper, so nothing goes to waste (and you get an extra moment of creativity!). Each order is tied with a soft forest-green velvet ribbon, like a gift from the archives of a secret society.

And tucked inside? A limited edition Tied Fates bookmark, included as a thank-you from us to you - because opening happy mail should always feel like a spell being cast.

Dispatch Times

Our dispatch turnaround is currently between 3-5 working days.

UK Delivery

Shipping rates are based on parcel weight rather than price.
Orders under 0.09kg are a fixed price of 70p.
All UK-based orders over this weight are free. Sent via Royal Mail Second Class, your order will approximately arrive in 2 - 3 working days (incl. Saturday). 

International

International shipping rates are based on parcel weight rather than price. All are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

Returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not for any reason at all, you're welcome to return all or any part of your order for a refund within 14 days from the date you received your order.

If you wish to return an item it's important to first create a return request via the contact form on our website or via our email on help@tiedfates.co.uk. Once the request is open we will be expecting your return and the returned goods will be processed for a refund.

Some important things to know:

We can't be held responsible for goods which you send back to us, but which fail to safely arrive, so we recommend you use an option which offers tracking and or compensation which covers the cost of the goods being returned.

You are responsible for the cost of sending back the goods you wish to return. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

B-Grade and limited edition items are not eligible for returns.
